Track Express Meet Essentials

In order that our athlete’s perform their best, we (parents) must provide them the proper fuel to start their engines. They should have good breakfast before coming to the meet and furnish nutritional foods to eat during the meet. Athlete’s should NOT be given diary products the night before or the day of the meet. Once the athlete’s is finished their events for the day, they can enjoy a heavier meal.

Listed below are suggested items to keep in mind when prepared for those long track meets.
